We are Mike and Nicole Green, boutique builders passionate about making your dream home a reality.

What does it mean to be a boutique builder? We are a small-scale homebuilding company focusing on quality over quantity, crafting unique homes tailored to our client's visions. Unlike large-scale builders, we limit ourselves to a maximum of two projects at a time, ensuring an exceptionally personalized approach.

Our projects are true collaborations between you, us, and our trusted subcontractors. We believe that building your home should be as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Equally important to us is the well-being of the skilled professionals we bring to your project. We want everyone who steps onto your job site to feel valued, respected, and proud of the work they’ve contributed, knowing they’ve been compensated fairly for their craft.

A little more about us…

We have been in the homebuilding business for 49 years—or at least Mike has. He started as a helper at B&D Plumbing at 16 and became a journeyman five years later. At 27, facing financial difficulties as a newly single father of two and navigating a struggling economy, he reluctantly but out of necessity obtained his Master Plumber License and started his own plumbing business. God blessed Green’s Plumbing abundantly, and I (Nicole) came into the picture seven years later.

Over the years, we have contracted and built our own homes, living in each for a few years before moving on to the next project. We've built eight custom homes for ourselves and remodeled three, each time honing our design skills and mastering the process. We've also built client’s homes along the way. Mike retired from plumbing five years ago, passing on the business to his oldest son.

We also ventured into property development, building an apartment complex 20 years ago, which we sold in 2022.

As for me, I (Nicole) have designed all of our homes, often spending sleepless nights perfecting every detail. My life coaching and psychology background has been invaluable in this business, helping clients discover what they truly want in a home. I aim to design spaces that fit your lifestyle—not to follow fads or rigid 'design rules'—because only you know how you live and what you love. My job is to bring that vision to life.

No longer needing to meet the demands of the plumbing business or apartment management, we’ve gradually waded into the waters of custom home building. We are passionate about putting the same love and care into our clients' home-building process as our own.
